“ I am a regular customer and i must say their foods are always consistent and good. I always notice the lady in tudung at cashier always give a toptier cs, i work in hospitality too so i recognise her sincerity in serving customers including me. I had an incident where my drinks spilled and she showed me empathy and assured me its fine after i apologised for it. Im deeply touched by her simple yet kind gesture. ”
“ The food is still decent for me but my family really enjoying their food here altho for me the sambal yet still have smth missing but i still can accept it. Having late lunch so there are still plenty seats & very comfortable here. The place is very clean and no flies inside. Got self service for the sambal. The reason why i love to dine in here is because the staffs are friendly & very concerned about the customers’ complaint. Hoping that by listening to all of the complaints, theyre going to improve their foods & services. But for me the cashier really do provide good service as she talks nicely & greeting customers with bestest smile. Wont hesitate to come here again & i hope they do have an improvement for their services & foods! ”

“ had our lunch here...food was nice..sambal is nice...drinks are nice and ok..atmosphere was good... ”
“ First & foremost, this restaurant is very famous, where arrived there,it were crazy packed. But us, got seat beacause at the same time we enter the restaurant, a customers leave their table. We were so lucky, the atmosphere were quite noisy but it okay for me. The inside were air conditioned (great), there some outdoor seats available too. Bear in mind, it was first time visit here. We sit at the table, we waiting for the waiter to give us the menu and take our order nonetheless they still weren’t coming. Eventually, we saw a sign hanging at the ceiling that says “Order here, pay here” . So, we order at the counter, remind you to remember your table number, they will asked you. After that, we sat at our table, a few minutes(less than 10 min) we got our food. It quite fast for a restaurant that very packed with customer during that hour. Meanwhile, we got our drinks earlier. The drinks were okay, nothing special. Nonetheless, bout the food, i ordered Ayam Bakar. It was so good, i taste the char, sweet like honey, salty at the same time…but it still cannot beat Cabe Ijo restaurant at Sibu imo. At the side, i order terung goreng pentey, cause i read some of the reviews they recommend it. So it try it, oh boi, it simple dish, but it good. If you a vegan or vegetarian, I really2 recommend this for you. The funny things is, i was mad at first because the sambal was very2 small amount they gave (teaspoon). But, i was wrong, there were dedicated sambal station at the back, you can take however you want. There were other condiments at the back. I didnt saw the sign of the station because the sun was shining at the sign & i cant see it because of the glare. Talking bout sambal…it was good, it still cant beat Cabe ijo sambal haha, i use it as benchmark lol, it so good imo. Futhermore, i would come back to this restaurant next time, really looking forward to try their bakso. ”
